1. はじめに

Abolabo（以下、「当組織」）は、提供する Android / iOS アプリ「すしぴったり（Sushi Pittari）」（以下、「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報の取扱いについて、以下の通り規定します。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を収集しません。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、広告配信（Google AdMob）のために、端末の広告識別子（Advertising ID / IDFA 等）および広告表示に必要な端末情報を自動的に収集・共有する場合があります。これらは広告の配信・計測の目的でのみ利用され、個人を特定するものではありません。

iOS では、トラッキング目的での識別子（IDFA）の利用にあたり、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）によりユーザーの許可を求めます。許可しない場合でも本アプリは問題なくご利用いただけます。

本アプリは13歳未満の児童を主対象とせず、成人向けコンテンツを含まない設定（AdMob 最大広告レーティング「G」）で広告を配信します。

3. 端末内に保存されるデータ

ゲームの進行状況（コイン、寿司図鑑、称号、連続記録、選択中のお皿スキン、設定）は、すべてユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが当組織のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。本アプリをアンインストールすると、これらのローカルデータは直ちに消去されます。

4. データの削除

本アプリはアカウントを持たないため、当組織が保有するユーザー個人のデータはありません。広告識別子は、端末の設定（Android：広告設定、iOS：トラッキング設定）からいつでもリセット・削除できます。ローカルデータはアプリのアンインストールで完全に削除されます。

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用します：
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK（広告配信・Android/iOS共通）
- Google Play 開発者サービス（Android）／Apple App Store（iOS）：アプリ配信・課金基盤

6. 児童のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のユーザーを対象としておりません。13歳未満向けにパーソナライズド広告は配信されません。13歳未満の児童から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

7. 海外ユーザーの権利

EU 在住のユーザー（GDPR 対象）およびカリフォルニア州在住のユーザー（CCPA 対象）には、自己に関するデータへのアクセス・削除・処理への異議申し立て等の権利があります。権利行使をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

Abolabo ("we") operates the Android / iOS app "Sushi Pittari" ("the App"). The App requires no account and does not collect personal information such as your name or email address.

Information we collect: To serve ads via Google AdMob, the App may automatically collect and share the device advertising identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA) and device information needed for ad delivery. This is used only for advertising and measurement and does not personally identify you. On iOS we request permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before using the IDFA for tracking; the App works fully even if you decline. Ads are served with a maximum content rating of "G".

Data stored on your device: Game progress (coins, sushi dex, titles, streaks, selected plate skin, settings) is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers. Uninstalling the App deletes this local data.

Data deletion: We hold no personal user data because there is no account. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings. Local data is fully removed by uninstalling the App.

Third-party services: Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK (ads, on both Android & iOS); the app store platform (Google Play on Android, Apple App Store on iOS). See the Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.

Children: The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information; personalized ads are not served to them.
