プライバシーポリシー
1. はじめに
Abolabo（以下、「当組織」）は、提供するアプリ「球数ガード」（以下、「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下の通り規定します。本ポリシーは本アプリに固有のものであり、当組織の他のアプリには適用されません。
2. 情報の収集と利用
本アプリの無料版では、広告配信（AdMob）のために、端末情報の識別子（広告ID等）を自動的に収集する場合があります。これらの情報は匿名で収集されており、個人を特定するものではありません。プレミアム（買い切り）購入後は広告が非表示になり、広告関連の情報収集も行われません。
アプリ内課金（プレミアムの買い切り購入）の管理のため、購入処理サービス RevenueCat および Google Play 請求を利用しています。購入状態の照合のために匿名のユーザー識別子と購入トークンが RevenueCat に送信されますが、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報は含まれません。
本アプリはアカウント登録・ログインを必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報等の個人情報を取得しません。
3. データの保存と管理
本アプリに入力されたデータ（選手の登録情報〔ニックネーム・生年・学年〕、登板記録〔日付・チーム名・試合種別・球数〕、ルール設定等）は、すべてユーザーのデバイス内のローカルデータベースにのみ保存されます。当組織のサーバーや外部クラウドにアップロードされることはありません。
選手名の欄には、保護者・指導者が任意に入力するニックコード等で構いません。この情報が端末の外部に送信されることはありません。
休養明けに登板可能となったことをお知らせする通知は、デバイス内で完結するローカル通知として配信されます。本アプリが端末に要求する権限は通知権限のみです。
プレミアム機能の保護者向けレポート（PDF・CSV）は端末内で生成され、当組織のサーバーを経由しません。ユーザーがOSの共有機能を使って自らメール送信等を選択した場合に限り、その送信先へデータが渡ります。
4. データの削除
本アプリをアンインストールした場合、デバイス内に保存されていたすべてのデータ（選手登録・登板記録・ルール設定等）は直ちに消去されます。
RevenueCat 上の匿名の購入記録の削除をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までメールにてご連絡ください。30日以内に対応します。
5. 第三者サービス
当組織は以下の第三者サービスを利用することがあります：
- Google Play Services
- AdMob (Advertising、無料版のみ)
- RevenueCat (In-App Purchase Management)
- Google Play 請求 (課金処理)
広告IDは、端末の設定からいつでもリセット・広告のパーソナライズのオプトアウトが可能です。

6. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のユーザーを対象としておりません。本アプリは少年野球チームの保護者・指導者が、選手の投球数・休養状況を管理するために利用することを想定しており、選手本人が直接操作することは想定していません。13歳未満向けの広告は配信されない設定となっています。13歳未満の児童から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
7. 医療に関する免責
本アプリが表示する球数上限・休養日数・登板可否等は、ユーザー自身が選択・入力したルール設定に基づく参考情報であり、医療上の助言を提供するものではありません。実際に適用される規定は、必ず大会・所属連盟の公式ルールをご確認ください。選手の肩・肘の痛みや違和感がある場合は、本アプリの表示に関わらず速やかに医師にご相談ください。
8. 海外ユーザーの権利
EU在住のユーザー（GDPR対象）およびカリフォルニア州在住のユーザー（CCPA対象）には、自己のデータへのアクセス、訂正、削除、データポータビリティ、処理への異議申し立てを行う権利があります。権利行使をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

Privacy Policy (English)
1. Introduction
Abolabo ("we", "our organization") sets out below how user information is handled in our app "PitchGuard" (the "App"). This policy applies only to this App and not to our other apps.
2. Information Collection and Use
In the free version, the App may automatically collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) for the purpose of serving ads via AdMob. This information is collected anonymously and does not identify you personally. After purchasing Premium (one-time purchase), ads are removed and no ad-related information is collected.
To manage the one-time Premium in-app purchase, the App uses RevenueCat and Google Play Billing. An anonymous user identifier and purchase token are sent to RevenueCat to verify purchase status; no personal information such as your name or email address is included.
The App requires no account registration or login, and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
3. Data Storage and Management
All data you enter in the App (player registration such as nickname, birth year, and grade; outing records such as date, team name, game type, and pitch count; rule set settings, etc.) is stored only in a local database on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers or any external cloud.
The player name field is intended for a nickname or code the parent/coach chooses to enter, and this information never leaves your device.
Notifications informing you that a player is cleared to pitch again after resting are delivered as local notifications that never leave your device. The only permission the App requests is the notification permission.
The Premium parent report feature (PDF/CSV) is generated entirely on your device and does not pass through our servers. Data only reaches a third party if you personally choose to share it (e.g. via email) using your device's own share function.
4. Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App immediately deletes all data stored on your device (player registrations, outing records, rule settings, etc.).
If you wish to delete the anonymous purchase record held by RevenueCat, please contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days.

You can reset the advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization at any time from your device settings.

6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at users under 13. The App is designed for parents and coaches of youth baseball players to manage pitch counts and rest status, and is not intended to be operated directly by the player. Ads are configured not to target children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Pitch limits, rest-day requirements, and clear-to-pitch status shown by the App are reference information based on the rule set you selected or entered, and do not constitute medical advice. Always confirm the official rules of your league or tournament. If a player experiences shoulder or elbow pain or discomfort, consult a physician promptly regardless of what the App displays.
8. International Users (GDPR / CCPA)
Users in the EU (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have the right to access, correct, and delete their data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
