1. はじめに
Abolabo(以下、「当組織」)は、提供するアプリ「OxaLog」(以下、「本アプリ」)におけるユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下の通り規定します。本ポリシーは本アプリに固有のものであり、当組織の他のアプリには適用されません。
2. 情報の収集と利用
本アプリでは、広告配信(AdMob)のために、端末情報の識別子(広告ID等)を自動的に収集する場合があります。これらの情報は匿名で収集されており、個人を特定するものではありません。
アプリ内課金(Premiumサブスクリプション、月額/年額)の管理のため、購入処理サービス RevenueCat を利用しています。購入状態の照合のために匿名のユーザー識別子と購入トークンが RevenueCat に送信されますが、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報は含まれません。
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報等の個人情報を取得しません。
3. データの保存と管理
本アプリに入力されたデータ(食事のシュウ酸記録、水分摂取記録、1日の予算設定、カスタム食品、リマインダー設定等)は、すべてユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。当組織のサーバーや外部クラウドにアップロードされることはありません。食品データベース(400品目以上のシュウ酸含有量)はアプリに同梱されており、検索・閲覧にインターネット通信は使用しません。
記録リマインダー(朝・昼・夜等)は、デバイス内で完結するローカル通知として配信されます。
4. データの削除
本アプリをアンインストールした場合、デバイス内に保存されていたすべてのデータ(食事記録・水分記録・カスタム食品・設定等)は直ちに消去されます。
RevenueCat 上の匿名の購入(サブスクリプション)記録の削除をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までメールにてご連絡ください。30日以内に対応します。
5. 第三者サービス
当組織は以下の第三者サービスを利用することがあります:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob (Advertising)
- RevenueCat (In-App Purchase Management)

6. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のユーザーを対象としておりません。13歳未満向けの広告は配信されない設定となっています。13歳未満の児童から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
7. 医療に関する免責
本アプリが表示するシュウ酸量・予算・信号判定・通知等は、ユーザー自身が設定した数値に基づく参考情報であり、医療上の助言を提供するものではありません。1日の摂取上限は必ず医師・管理栄養士の指示に従って設定してください。本アプリは成人向けであり、お子様の食事管理を目的とした利用は想定していません。お子様の食事については医師にご相談ください。
8. 海外ユーザーの権利
EU在住のユーザー(GDPR対象)およびカリフォルニア州在住のユーザー(CCPA対象)には、自己のデータへのアクセス、訂正、削除、データポータビリティ、処理への異議申し立てを行う権利があります。権利行使をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

Privacy Policy (English)
1. Introduction
Abolabo ("we", "our organization") sets out below how user information is handled in our app "OxaLog" (the "App"). This policy applies only to this App and not to our other apps.
2. Information Collection and Use
The App may automatically collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) for the purpose of serving ads via AdMob. This information is collected anonymously and does not identify you personally.
To manage the Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) in-app purchase, the App uses RevenueCat. An anonymous user identifier and purchase token are sent to RevenueCat to verify purchase status; no personal information such as your name or email address is included.
The App requires no account registration and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
3. Data Storage and Management
All data you enter in the App (oxalate log entries, water intake logs, your daily budget setting, custom foods, reminder settings, etc.) is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers or any external cloud. The food database (400+ foods with oxalate content) is bundled with the App — searching and browsing it does not use any internet connection.
Logging reminders (morning/noon/evening) are delivered as local notifications that never leave your device.
4. Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App immediately deletes all data stored on your device (oxalate log, water log, custom foods, settings, etc.).
If you wish to delete the anonymous subscription record held by RevenueCat, please contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days.

We may use the following third-party services:

- RevenueCat (In-App Purchase Management)

6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at users under 13. Ads are configured not to target children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Oxalate amounts, budgets, signal ratings, and notifications shown by the App are reference information based on values you set yourself and do not constitute medical advice. Always set your daily limit according to your doctor's or registered dietitian's instructions. The App is intended for adult use; it is not designed for managing a child's diet. Please consult a physician for a child's dietary needs.
8. International Users (GDPR / CCPA)
Users in the EU (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have the right to access, correct, and delete their data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
