プライバシーポリシー
1. はじめに
Abolabo（以下、「当組織」）は、提供するアプリ「Luthora」（以下、「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーの情報の取扱いについて、以下の通り規定します。本ポリシーは本アプリに固有のものであり、当組織の他のアプリには適用されません。本アプリは、お持ちの楽器の弦・リード・消耗品の交換や調整を記録し、時期をお知らせする楽器メンテナンス帳です。
2. 情報の収集と利用
本アプリは広告を表示せず、トラッキング（ATT）も行いません。広告用識別子（IDFA）は使用しません。アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を取得しません。
アプリの利用状況の分析：アプリの改善のため、Google Firebase Analytics を利用しています。画面の表示、楽器の追加・交換の記録・購入画面の表示といった操作の種類、端末の種類・OSのバージョン・おおよその地域（IPアドレスから推定）等が、匿名のアプリインスタンスIDとともに送信されます。楽器の名前・写真・メモ等、ユーザーが入力した内容は送信しません。
購入の管理：Luthora Pro（買い切りのアプリ内課金）の購入状態を確認するため、購入処理サービス RevenueCat を利用しています。匿名のユーザー識別子と購入情報が RevenueCat に送信されますが、氏名・メールアドレス等は含まれません。
マイク：チューナーと練習時間の自動記録のためにマイクを使用します。音声は端末内でリアルタイムに音程の解析にのみ使われ、録音・保存・送信されることはありません。
カメラ・写真：楽器の写真を登録する場合にのみ使用します。写真は端末内にのみ保存されます。
3. データの保存と管理
本アプリに入力・撮影されたデータ（楽器の情報と写真、交換・調整の履歴、練習時間、本番の予定、予備在庫、メモ等）は、すべてユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。当組織のサーバーや外部クラウドにアップロードされることはありません。
PDF は、ユーザーが「書き出し・共有」を選んだときにのみ端末上で生成され、共有先はユーザーが選択します。
4. データの削除
本アプリをアンインストールした場合、デバイス内に保存されていたすべてのデータは直ちに消去されます。
Firebase Analytics の分析データは匿名で、一定期間の経過後に自動的に削除されます。RevenueCat 上の匿名の購入記録の削除をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までメールにてご連絡ください。30日以内に対応します。
5. 第三者サービス
当組織は以下の第三者サービスを利用しています：
- Apple App Store（購入処理）
- RevenueCat（アプリ内課金の管理）
- Google Firebase Analytics（利用状況の分析）

6. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のユーザーを対象としておりません。13歳未満の児童から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
7. 免責
交換周期の既定値は公開資料にもとづく目安です。楽器の状態の最終的な判断は、ご自身または専門の工房・技術者にてお願いいたします。
8. 海外ユーザーの権利
EU在住のユーザー（GDPR対象）およびカリフォルニア州在住のユーザー（CCPA対象）には、自己のデータへのアクセス、訂正、削除、データポータビリティ、処理への異議申し立てを行う権利があります。本アプリの記録は端末内に保存されるため、これらは端末上で直接行使できます。権利行使に関するお問い合わせは下記まで。

Privacy Policy (English)
1. Introduction
Abolabo ("we", "our organization") sets out below how user information is handled in our app "Luthora" (the "App"). This policy applies only to this App and not to our other apps. Luthora is a care ledger for musical instruments that records string, reed and consumable changes and tells you when they are due.
2. Information Collection and Use
The App shows no ads and performs no tracking (no ATT); it does not use an advertising identifier (IDFA). No account is required, and the App does not collect personal information such as your name or email address.
Usage analytics: to improve the App we use Google Firebase Analytics. The kinds of actions taken (screens viewed, instruments added, replacements recorded, purchase screen viewed), device model, OS version and approximate region (inferred from IP address) are sent together with an anonymous app-instance ID. Content you enter, such as instrument names, photos and notes, is never sent.
Purchases: to manage Luthora Pro (a one-time in-app purchase) the App uses RevenueCat. An anonymous user identifier and purchase information are sent to RevenueCat; no name or email address is included.
Microphone: used for the tuner and automatic practice tracking. Audio is analysed for pitch on the device in real time only; it is never recorded, stored or transmitted.
Camera and photos: used only when you add a photo of an instrument. Photos are stored only on your device.
3. Data Storage and Management
All data you enter or capture in the App (instruments and their photos, replacement and setup history, practice time, gigs, spare stock, notes, etc.) is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers or any external cloud.
PDF files are generated on-device only when you choose to export or share, and you choose where they go.
4. Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App immediately deletes all data stored on your device.
Firebase Analytics data is anonymous and deleted automatically after a retention period. If you wish to delete the anonymous purchase record held by RevenueCat, please contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:

6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Disclaimer
Default replacement intervals are estimates drawn from published guidance. Final judgement on the condition of an instrument rests with you or a qualified technician.
8. International Users (GDPR / CCPA)
Users in the EU (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have the right to access, correct, and delete their data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. Because the App's records live on your device, you can exercise these directly on your device. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
