プライバシーポリシー
1. はじめに
Abolabo（以下、「当組織」）は、提供するアプリ「KoiLog」（以下、「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下の通り規定します。本ポリシーは本アプリに固有のものであり、当組織の他のアプリには適用されません。本アプリは、錦鯉の飼育記録・整理・可視化のためのアプリです。
2. 情報の収集と利用
本アプリは広告を表示せず、トラッキング（ATT）や第三者の解析も行いません。広告用識別子（IDFA）は使用しません。
Pro サブスクリプション（月額／年額）の管理のため、購入処理サービス RevenueCat を利用しています。購入状態の照合のために匿名のユーザー識別子と購入トークンが RevenueCat に送信されますが、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報は含まれません。
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報等の個人情報を取得しません。
3. データの保存と管理
本アプリに入力・撮影されたデータ（個体情報、測定記録、写真、池の水質記録、健康・治療の記録等）は、すべてユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。当組織のサーバーや外部クラウドにアップロードされることはありません。
PDF / CSV は、ユーザーが「書き出し・共有」を選んだときにのみ端末上で生成され、共有先はユーザーが選択します。
4. データの削除
本アプリをアンインストールした場合、デバイス内に保存されていたすべてのデータ（個体・測定・写真・水質・健康記録等）は直ちに消去されます。
RevenueCat 上の匿名の購入記録の削除をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までメールにてご連絡ください。30日以内に対応します。
5. 第三者サービス
当組織は以下の第三者サービスを利用することがあります：
- Apple App Store（購入処理）
- RevenueCat（アプリ内課金の管理）

6. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のユーザーを対象としておりません。13歳未満の児童から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
7. 免責（診断・助言について）
本アプリは記録・整理・可視化のためのツールであり、診断・治療・投薬（獣医療を含む）に関する助言を提供するものではありません。水質や健康に関する判断は、最終的にご自身の責任で行ってください。
8. 海外ユーザーの権利
EU在住のユーザー（GDPR対象）およびカリフォルニア州在住のユーザー（CCPA対象）には、自己のデータへのアクセス、訂正、削除、データポータビリティ、処理への異議申し立てを行う権利があります。本アプリのデータは端末内に保存されるため、これらは端末上で直接行使できます。権利行使に関するお問い合わせは下記まで。

Privacy Policy (English)
1. Introduction
Abolabo ("we", "our organization") sets out below how user information is handled in our app "KoiLog" (the "App"). This policy applies only to this App and not to our other apps. KoiLog is an app for recording, organising and visualising koi keeping.
2. Information Collection and Use
The App shows no ads and performs no tracking (no ATT), and uses no third-party analytics; it does not use an advertising identifier (IDFA).
To manage the Pro subscription (monthly / yearly), the App uses RevenueCat. An anonymous user identifier and purchase token are sent to RevenueCat to verify purchase status; no personal information such as your name or email address is included.
The App requires no account registration and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
3. Data Storage and Management
All data you enter or capture in the App (koi profiles, measurements, photos, pond water tests, health/treatment records, etc.) is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers or any external cloud.
PDF/CSV files are generated on-device only when you choose to export/share, and you choose where they go.
4. Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App immediately deletes all data stored on your device (koi, measurements, photos, water tests, health records, etc.).
If you wish to delete the anonymous purchase record held by RevenueCat, please contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use the following third-party services:

6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Disclaimer
The App is a recording, organising and visualising tool. It does not provide diagnostic, treatment or medication advice (including veterinary advice). Water-quality and health decisions remain your own.
8. International Users (GDPR / CCPA)
Users in the EU (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have the right to access, correct, and delete their data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. Because the App's data lives on your device, you can exercise these directly on your device. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
