プライバシーポリシー
1. はじめに
Abolabo(以下、「当組織」)は、提供するアプリ「じんノート」(以下、「本アプリ」)におけるユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下の通り規定します。本ポリシーは本アプリに固有のものであり、当組織の他のアプリには適用されません。
2. 情報の収集と利用
本アプリでは、広告配信(AdMob)のために、端末情報の識別子(広告ID等)を自動的に収集する場合があります。これらの情報は匿名で収集されており、個人を特定するものではありません。
アプリ内課金(premiumサブスクリプション)の管理のため、購入処理サービス RevenueCat を利用しています。購入状態の照合のために匿名のユーザー識別子と購入トークンが RevenueCat に送信されますが、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報は含まれません。
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報等の個人情報を取得しません。本アプリに入力する食事記録・医師の指示値(カリウム・リン・たんぱく質・塩分の限度値)等の健康関連情報は、氏名等と紐づけて当組織のサーバーに送信・保存されることはありません。
3. データの保存と管理
本アプリに入力されたデータ(食事記録、カスタム食品、医師の指示値、通知設定等)は、すべてユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。当組織のサーバーや外部クラウドにアップロードされることはありません。
診察持参用のPDF/CSVレポートは、ユーザーが明示的に「作成して共有」を選択した場合にのみデバイス内で生成され、ユーザー自身が選択した共有先(メール添付・保存アプリ等)に渡されます。当組織がこのレポートを収集・閲覧することはありません。
記録リマインダー(朝・夜)の通知は、デバイス内で完結するローカル通知として配信されます。
4. データの削除
本アプリをアンインストールした場合、デバイス内に保存されていたすべてのデータ(食事記録・カスタム食品・医師の指示値等)は直ちに消去されます。
RevenueCat 上の匿名の購入記録の削除をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までメールにてご連絡ください。30日以内に対応します。
5. 第三者サービス
当組織は以下の第三者サービスを利用することがあります:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob (Advertising)
- RevenueCat (In-App Purchase Management)

6. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のユーザーを対象としておりません。13歳未満向けの広告は配信されない設定となっています。13歳未満の児童から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
7. 医療に関する免責
本アプリは医療上の助言を提供するものではありません。カリウム・リン・たんぱく質・塩分の限度値は、必ず主治医・管理栄養士の指示に従って設定してください。本アプリは、設定した限度値と記録内容の突き合わせによる「記録の労力削減」を目的としたツールであり、食事内容や治療方針についての医学的判断は行いません。無機リン(食品添加物由来のリン)に関する説明表示も公知の一般的情報の提供にとどまり、特定の食品の摂取可否を判定するものではありません。
8. 海外ユーザーの権利
EU在住のユーザー(GDPR対象)およびカリフォルニア州在住のユーザー(CCPA対象)には、自己のデータへのアクセス、訂正、削除、データポータビリティ、処理への異議申し立てを行う権利があります。権利行使をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

Privacy Policy (English)
1. Introduction
Abolabo ("we", "our organization") sets out below how user information is handled in our app "Kidney Diet Note" (the "App"). This policy applies only to this App and not to our other apps.
2. Information Collection and Use
The App may automatically collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) for the purpose of serving ads via AdMob. This information is collected anonymously and does not identify you personally.
To manage the premium subscription in-app purchase, the App uses RevenueCat. An anonymous user identifier and purchase token are sent to RevenueCat to verify purchase status; no personal information such as your name or email address is included.
The App requires no account registration and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location. Health-related information you enter into the App (meal logs, your doctor's potassium/phosphorus/protein/salt limits, etc.) is never linked to your identity or sent to our servers.
3. Data Storage and Management
All data you enter in the App (meal logs, custom foods, your doctor's limits, notification settings, etc.) is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers or any external cloud.
The doctor-ready PDF/CSV report is generated on-device only when you explicitly choose "Generate & share," and is passed only to the destination you choose (email, file storage app, etc.). We never collect or view this report.
Daily tracking reminders (morning & evening) are delivered as local notifications that never leave your device.
4. Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App immediately deletes all data stored on your device (meal logs, custom foods, doctor's limits, etc.).
If you wish to delete the anonymous purchase record held by RevenueCat, please contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at users under 13. Ads are configured not to target children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Medical Disclaimer
This app does not provide medical advice. Always set your potassium, phosphorus, protein, and salt limits according to your doctor's or registered dietitian's instructions. This app is a tracking tool that compares your logged intake against limits you provide, aimed at reducing the effort of manual record-keeping — it does not make medical judgments about your diet or treatment. The inorganic-phosphorus information shown in the App is general public-knowledge information and does not determine whether a specific food is safe for you to eat.
8. International Users (GDPR / CCPA)
Users in the EU (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have the right to access, correct, and delete their data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
