プライバシーポリシー
1. はじめに
Abolabo（以下、「当組織」）は、提供するパズルゲーム「Boxo（日本では「はこネコ」。以下、「本アプリ」）」におけるユーザー情報の取扱いについて、以下の通り規定します。本ポリシーは本アプリに固有のものであり、当組織の他のアプリには適用されません。本アプリは、箱を目的地に押して運ぶ倉庫番（Sokoban）パズルゲームです。
2. 情報の収集と利用
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、当組織が氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの個人情報を取得することはありません。
本アプリは無料でご利用いただけるよう、Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告配信のため、AdMob は広告用識別子（Android の広告 ID／iOS の IDFA）、おおよその情報、端末情報、アプリの利用状況などを収集・利用することがあります。iOS では、トラッキングを行う前に「アプリのトラッキングの透明性（ATT）」の許可を求めます。許可しない場合でも、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されることがあります。
利用状況の把握と改善のため Google Analytics for Firebase を使用し、アプリの利用状況（起動・画面閲覧・利用時間）、端末情報（OS・機種・言語）、アプリインスタンスID、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域（国・都市レベル）を収集します。氏名・メールアドレス・正確な位置情報は収集しません。iOS で追跡（ATT）を許可した場合は広告識別子が関連付けられることがあります。EEA・英国では同意画面（UMP）の選択に従います。
「Boxo Pro（はこネコ Pro）」等のアプリ内課金は、Apple App Store または Google Play の課金システムを通じて処理されます。購入の確認は各ストアが行い、当組織がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
3. データの保存と管理
ゲームの進行状況（クリア済みステージ、獲得スター、連続記録、各種設定など）は、すべてユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。当組織のサーバーや外部クラウドにアップロードされることはありません。
4. データの削除
本アプリをアンインストールすると、デバイス内に保存されていたゲームデータはすべて消去されます。広告用識別子は、端末の設定からいつでもリセットまたはオプトアウトできます。
5. 第三者サービス
当組織は以下の第三者サービスを利用することがあります：
- Google AdMob（広告配信）
- Google Analytics for Firebase（利用状況の分析）
- Apple App Store / Google Play（アプリ内課金の処理）

6. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のユーザーを対象としておりません。13歳未満の児童から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
7. 海外ユーザーの権利
EU/EEA 在住のユーザー（GDPR 対象）およびカリフォルニア州在住のユーザー（CCPA 対象）には、自己のデータへのアクセス、訂正、削除、処理への異議申し立てを行う権利があります。EEA 等では、広告に関する同意の取得（同意管理）を行う場合があります。ゲームデータは端末内に保存されるため、これらの権利は端末上で直接行使できます。お問い合わせは下記まで。

Privacy Policy (English)
1. Introduction
Abolabo ("we", "our organization") sets out below how user information is handled in our puzzle game "Boxo" (known as "Hakoneko / はこネコ" in Japan; the "App"). This policy applies only to this App and not to our other apps. Boxo is a box-pushing (Sokoban) puzzle game.
2. Information Collection and Use
The App requires no account registration, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
So the App can stay free, it shows ads via Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect and use an advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), coarse information, device information, and app usage. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before any tracking; if you decline, non-personalized ads may still be shown.
To understand usage and improve the App, we use Google Analytics for Firebase, which collects app usage (launches, screen views, usage time), device information (OS, model, language), an app instance ID, and the approximate region (country/city level) inferred from the IP address. We do not collect your name, email address or precise location. If you allow tracking (ATT) on iOS, an advertising identifier may be associated. In the EEA and UK, your choice in the consent dialog (UMP) is respected.
In-app purchases such as "Boxo Pro" are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems. Each store handles purchase verification; we never receive payment details such as your credit card number.
3. Data Storage and Management
Your game progress (cleared levels, earned stars, streaks, settings, etc.) is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers or any external cloud.
4. Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App deletes all game data stored on your device. You can reset or opt out of the advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob (ad serving)
- Google Analytics for Firebase (usage analytics)
- Apple App Store / Google Play (in-app purchase processing)

6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. International Users (GDPR / CCPA)
Users in the EU/EEA (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have the right to access, correct, and delete their data, and to object to processing. In the EEA and similar regions, we may request consent for advertising (consent management). Because the App's game data lives on your device, you can exercise these directly on your device.
